Owner Melissa Reed
Melissa graduated with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 2003. She has since earned her Certification in Dry Needling, and has taken extensive course work in manual therapy, back and neck pain treatment, shoulder dysfunctions, pregnancy/postpartum care, and much more. Her passion for movement and all aspects of health and fitness drives her dedication to restore pain-free function and return you to the things you love.
Melissa travels the world teaching CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Seminars on the weekend. She is passionate about spreading her love and knowledge about human movement.
Melissa lives in Brookfield, CT with her husband and three children. She loves spending time with her family on Candlewood Lake, and working out with her “CrossFit” family at CrossFit 203 which she co owns with her husband.
